Courtney Smith

Courtney commenced her career in Real Estate in 2011 having initially gained experience in reception, leasing and support roles, before studying and qualifying as a Licensed Estate Agent and moving into a Senior Property Management position.

Courtney joined Village Real Estate as a Senior Property Manager in 2017 and has had success in a variety of other roles with us since. Following on from starting a family in 2023, Courtney is now in a property management support role with us where she thrives on creating, implementing, and streamlining systems and processes. She is incredibly skilled in workflow management and ensuring legislative and procedural protocol is met with both enthusiasm and importance.

She is an integral part of our team, knows our portfolio back to front and provides outstanding support to our team and to our clients. She is incredibly flexible in her approach, and genuinely cares about her work.

Courtney is a local through and through, having grown up in Seddon. She, her husband and daughter still live locally where they get to enjoy the wonders of the inner west.

Courtney genuinely loves the local area, the parks, walking trails, shops and taking her daughter out and about to experience all the beauty and joy the inner west has to offer young families.
